Pauline Needham is the Operations Manager of the Growing Up in Ireland study, with responsibility for coordinating all operational aspects of the study. This includes management of interviewer selection and training, BLAISE programming, data editing and cleaning, data preparation and database management, data quality control and the day-to-day operations of the study.

Pauline has worked with the ESRI in various roles for over 20 years and before joining the study was Operations Manager of the ESRI Survey Unit for nine years.

She has attained a B.Sc from UCD as well as a H. Dip in Education also from UCD and a Diploma in Advanced Computer Programming and Systems Analysis from TCD.
